According to his meticulous documentation, the very first signer was Bob Boone on January 11, 1992, at Fishers Banquet Hall in Bensalem, PA, for a price of $7. The final signer was none other than Mike Schmidt at the Montgomery Mall on June 18, 2005, for the princely sum of $80.
