He had a 26-year career that lasted until the late 1980s – in the late 1960’s, when this poster was produced, he was one of the most talented, hardest-throwing young pitchers in baseball.

This poster comes from the historic “Major League Posters” collection of the late-1960s, the first-ever full-sized photographic sports action posters. We obtained a quantity of these posters from a collectibles dealer in the late-1990s, and have preserved them perfectly in our warehouse ever since.
