Description
Vintage Indianapolis Motor Speedway Rare Safety Patrol Badge. The badge belonged to long time Speedway employee Woody Woodruff. Woodruff served in various capacities over the years starting in 1921 flipping lap counters. He also worked as a paper counter, ticket taker, usher, riding mechanic, and a safety patrol officer.
